Parents of incarcerated son (21) present to MD office to get a plan from MD who is child's pcp as to how to handle his ADD when he gets released. MD charged 99213. Then Dad had a medical issue and was charged a 99214. Note from son was sent to MD stating he can discuss this ADD with parents. Parents are refusing to pay for visit. I thought there was a family counseling code that could used? Thanks for any help
