Hello, besides the op report blatantly saying "facetectomy and foraminotomy", how else can I determine from the body of the report if a facetectomy and foraminotomy have been performed? I thought I read somewhere it has to do with whether or not the ligamentum flavum was addressed, but I cannot remember. If anyone can explain or point me in a direction, I would appreciate it. Thanks.
