Hello, has anyone been successful in getting reimbursed when billing more than 3 levels to Blue Cross? For example I have a case where Bilateral T1-T8 Intercostal nerves(so 7 levels?) were injected. I am thinking of billing as:
64420 - 50
64421 X1 LT
64421 X1 RT
64421 X1 76,LT
64421 X1 76,RT
64421 X1 76,LT
64421X1 76,RT
and so on . Is this correct?
