According to documentation available patient delivers normally receives epidural for labor. On review of anesthesiologist intake it is noted that patient smoked during pregnancy. Can the code 650 be used on this case or should it be more specific relating to the smoking..ie Vcode? Does it really matter or impact with regard to anesthesia payment/correct coding?
