Wiki 65435 & EMBD Coding Question

Our office performs many Superficial keratectomy procedures: 65435 Removal of corneal epithelium; with or without chemocauterization (abrasion, curettage) for the main condition: Epithelial basement membrane dystrophy (EBMD).
However, this ICD 10 H18.593 is not a payable diagnosis.
Have any of you come across this dilemma? If so, what dx code do you use? Or have you found the procedure is usually paid with this EBMD diagnosis? Thanks in advance for any help or insight!
