Wiki 66984 both eyes, same day!!!

If a 66984 (Cataract Surgery) is done on both eyes on the same day, does Noridian pay and if so is there a reduction in reimbursement? Is reduction on provider or facility side?
 
Bilateral modifier -50 is acceptable for this code, so, yes, Noridian should pay. There would definately be a bilateral reduction for the provider, and I would expect one for the facility, as well.
