Hello I am fairly new to this type of coding. Our provider performed a cataract removal 66984 and a Goniotomy 65820 on the same eye same day. There is no CCI edit that bundles these codes can i bill for both codes on the same day? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
 
Hello, yes, you can bill for both: no obstacles in filing both of them. First listed is 65820 since it has higher RVU. Like this 65820-LT, 66984-51,LT. If it's medi-caid insurance, add mod AG to 65820
