A patient gets infusion with grug X from 12 to 3.
from 2-3 he gets an additional drug Y infusion.

How should I code it ? as seq. or concurrent infusion?

I think the same but...

Its really not clear how to interpret the sequential / concurrent per cpt.

To my understanding sequential is when the firs drug therapy is done and a second drug begins. but per cpt it can be a "secondary service after a different initial" and its not clear if the first drug can still be administrated with additional drug.

As to conccurent - Maybe all grugs needs to be addminisrated together at the same time?
(drug A+B+C different bugs from 1-5)

Can someone clarify it please?
