Can anyone tell me why I would choose to code 67112 for dx 361.06 instead of 67108?
67108 Medicare allowable is approx $270 more than 67112. The recurrent detachment was not repaired by our Doctors at the first surgery, if that matters.
Please help?!!!:confused::confused::confused:
