Can anyone tell me if you have a patient that has two separate locations on the same eye are you allowed to bill 67210 twice for this date of service?

Coding 67210
No cpt code 67210 should not be used twice for the same eye even if the provider is treating two lesions on different sites in retina. Only thing we should keep in mind that lesions should be on retina only. Cpt code description also states that lesion of retina(eg: maular edema , tumors[/B]). So even if two lesions has been treated, should code 67210 only once per eye.
