THESE 3 CODES WERE CHARGED OUT TO MEDICARE. THE 69020 AND 69145 HAS BEEN PAID BY MEDICARE, BUT THE 31231 WHICH HASNT BEEN PAID BY MEDICARE. I DON'T THINK IT IS PAYABLE WITH THE OTHER CODES, I ONLY HAVE THE 1 DAIGNOSIS H60.13. AM I CORRECT?

The 31231 is a nasal endoscopy. It will not be covered with a H60.13 DX. Did the provider do a nasal scope? If so there should be a reason and finding for the nasal scope. I would speak with the provider regarding the diagnose and reason behind a 31231.

I AM SORRY 31231 (YOU CAN TIL WHAT I WAS WORKING ON SO MUCH) THE CODE I MEANT TO PUT WAS 13151 WHICH ISN'T PAYING
