Wiki 69210 and 92604

Can someone tell me if 69210 and 92604 can be billed together or
Are they bundled.....if they are what should I do?
Also can someone give me a help resource that I can use if I come across this problem again with other codes? Please help!!!

(There is a separate set for hospitals.)
Some software programs have more user-friendly versions. I did not see any bundling edits for 69210 and 92604.

it does not have to be a CCI edit for it to be considered inclusive. My question is what dx code(s) were used, and what does the documentation is the reason for the cerumen removal. and was this a scheduled encounter for the reprogramming.
