I've never seen a cerumen removal with cauterization with silver nitrate. Is this just 69210 or is there a more appropriate code for this?

Right otomicroscopy: The ear was partially occluded with impacted cerumen. This was cleaned with micro instruments. There is mucosalization of the majority of the cavity. It seems to have extended more to involve the tympanic membrane and anterior ear canal. The mucosalized surfaces were cauterized with silver nitrate. Gentian violet was applied.
