Hi, I have been confused for a while and I am new to this forum so I would really like to get more clarification on tthe following. I work in a ASC

1.Caudal placement of a Racz epidural catheter.
2. Lumbosacral epidural injection with local anesthetics and steroids via the caudal catheter.
3.Lumbosacral epidural injection with contrast, i.e., epidurography of the lumbosacral spine.

I had been told to use 62290 for the above procedure#3 but I am unsure and wanted some feedback.
This is what i would have coded.
62319
62319 -59
62290

Please advise if this is the proper way.
