Can I bill for 74174 and 74176 on the same date of service? (They also did a 71275)
I found this; "When the code pairs are submitted for the same date, the code in column 1 (74174) will be considered for reimbursement and the code in column 2 (74176) will be denied. This listing was revised on January 15, 2024 and may be subject to change."
So I should delete the charges for the 74176, since it will be denied? or does anyone have a recommendation?
