An IVUS Diagnosis is being perform and a bilateral iliofemoral venogram was performed, would that be considered 75822? We have always bill 75822 for a bilateral iliofemoral venogram but recently Molina recoup payment for 75822 due to "Angiographic imaging of the Iliac and Pelvic veins alone does not meet documentation criterial for bilateral lower extremities venography." Is there a guideline where it show what veins needs to be documented?
