Wiki 75898 denied to E/M

Does anyone have a clue on when it's appropriate to bill for CPT code 75898?

I used to bill it after placement of 37201 for follow-up angio, however as of 2013, 37201 has been deleted and now you must code 37211-37214.

You may bill 75898 with embolization or infusion follow-up angio: 37202/37204.

37209 and 75900 have also been deleted for 2013.
