I am hoping that someone can help me...

One of my doctors used code 76881 (u/s of nonvascular extremity) but under charges there is a $0 charge. When I verified on codelink it stated that "procedure is rarely or never performed in facility setting or is not paid under physician fee schedule"


help! what to do?!
