76937 with electrophysiology codes

has anyone billed the 76937 with any of the electrophysiology codes, 93656. We were denied no primary code. I know this is usually used with the 36--- codes. The cpt doesn't state what codes we can use this with. I appreciate any help with this issue. :confused:
