Wiki 76942 and 76636 billed together

We have a physician that does a good many thyroid I&D (10022). She marks 10022, 76942, and 76636. I cannot find in the CCI edits that the 76942 and 76636 cannot be billed together. However, our AR dept is telling me that this is being rejected and denied by some carriers as bundled. I have done some follow up on this and found that some carriers ar denying, but Medicare is not. They will pay all 3 codes every time. Can anyone else give me some insite on your experience with this situation?
