Good Morning,

I need any help, information, or links that you can give me on Ultrasound Needle Guidance(76942). We know that Medicare does not pay for more than one on matter how many you use. What are the policies for the other insurances can you bill as many as you want or can it be no more than 2? Our doctor has a doctor friend telling him that he bills 5 or 6 and gets paid for all of them. Any guidance in this area would be awesome, thank you ahead of time! :)
