Wiki 77002 being denied with 64640

BCBS is denying 77002 when billed with 64640 stating the primary procedure was not billed. I am guessing this is because 64640 is not on the list of primary codes in the CPT book. Does anyone know what code, if any, we can bill for fluoro with 64640. Or...any ideas on how we might appeal this?
 
Eff 1/1/17 77002 is now an add on code. You will need to review the CPT book for codes that can be used in conjunction with. 64640 is not on the list.
