Is it appropriate to code 77063 with 77066 and apply mod 59 to 77063? Per the instruction in the AMA 2018 CPT book "Do not report 77063 in conjunction with 76376, 76377, 77065 and 77066". If I apply mod 59 to 77063, the edit clears and I am not certain if this is correct coding based on the instructions.
