Patient had one treatment 77412 for prophylactic osteonecrosis after conversion of left total hip arthroplasty. Treatment Planning Note stated 3D Conformal. I know there are a few situations 77336 can be billed with one treatment (ex SRS brain). I am not sure if this meets the criteria. I cannot find a definite answer on websites. Please advise. Thank you.
