Need advice on the appropriate code to bill for HDR (High Dose Radiation) In our radiation planning we bill a one time medical physics charge of 77370 'Special medical Physics Consult. When the HDR is delivered the Medical physics must plan for each individual treatment and we bill with 77336 'Continuing physics' would this be the correct code to use?
