Okay all you derm brains out there....I'm second guessing myself

Patient 1.) debridement of necrotic tissue, hallux wound
Patient 2.) PVD with ulceration (459.81, 707.13), debrided necrotic tissue

Am I looking at 785.4 or 709.8 for the necrotic tissue? :eek:
