My coworkers and I just recently started billing for a group in Mississippi that does labs in their clinic and they treat a lot of Medicare and Medicaid patients. Has anyone had experience billing and getting paid by Medicare and Medicaid for 85025, 80053 and 84443 individually when a general health panel was ordered? Any thoughts/comments are welcome!
 
I work in upstate NY; we unbundle them all the time to submit to medicare. We have no problem getting paid for each individual test.
