I know Medicare does not pay for the 80050, but I am having denials from an advantage plan for the individual codes - they are saying that they should be bundled. Has anyone else billed MAP the 80050 with success? My lab codes are the 84443, 80053 and 85025.

Hi, just following up on this post. I found Medicare's policy from 2017 stating they do not cover 80050, however has anyone been able to find an updated current policy of this? Also, are you finding that this is still the same logic for Medicare?
