Wiki 80101 Looking for ICD-9 codes that support medical necessity

Does anyone have the link from medicare/cms for the ICD-9 codes that are covered for the 80101

This is for the monitoring of patient compliance in a drug treatment or for chronic pain patients.

If anyone can help me that would be a great help I am just going around in circles on the cms website.

Easy answer...there isn't a dx code because as of April 1, 2010 you cannot bill 80101 to Medicare. The new(est) code is G0434, G0430, etc. Typically, the only approved dx for G0434 is V58.69.

What state are you in? There are several LCD's available to explain this mess.
