Question:

Patient presents to clinic with difficulty and pain with urination. The nurse sees the patient and the doctor orders the nurse to get a urine specimen. Specimen obtained from patient, doctor performs urinalysis with microscopy. Can I bill a 99211 for the nurse with an 81000 for the urinalysis with microscopy for this visit?
