My Billers have tried getting these 2 codes paid Multi. times now,
and they are still getting Denied . They have the QW on them.

I saw an old Post from over a year ago, that 81002 was not going to be paid by Medicare.
Has anything changed or is it still not paying.

And if anyone has any info on 86294-QW would be helpfull !
