Does anyone know what Medicare modifier you would use when billing 81235 or 81275 with 88377-26 or 88368-26...an outside lab is billing our lab for the 81235 and 81275 because they don't bill medicare, so we have to bill for these services, thanks for any help in advance. We send the tissue to this lab for these test.
