First time user - ? Medicare coverage for PT 85610. I have checked medicare site and LCD for 85610 is not showing ICD coverage info. We do pre op's for colonoscopy/EGD. PT is mandatory for the pre op physical. We are having a problem getting medicare to cover the PT for a pt that is not on an anti-coagulant. What ICD code works for you? Thanks
