Hi Everyone:

I am having trouble finding any information on what the average reimbursement rate for 86769 would be. I work for a company that will be selling antibody tests soon and I need to present a base rate or national average to my clients. Can anyone help? It would be greatly appreciated. Also, please let me know what source you found your information from. Thank You.

I read that CMS would not have it on the fee schedule until July.

Just received pricing for all COVID and antibody testing from CMS. Attached pricing for each MAC. Hope this helps.

has anyone had any success with BCBS? I'm surprised they are the lowest reimbursement for all payers we see. They are paying $12.48 for the 86769 where everyone else is averaging $40+

We are noticing the same thing! Why would they be the lowest payer? Have you found anywhere that they have the reimbursement for BCBS for the 86769?
