Like a lot of posts on here I am new to OB. I have this Beta Strep to bill. In one area of her old superbills there is 87653 and then on another I find
3294F. It appears that the 3294F is just for reporting purposing and that the 87653 has the charge associated to it. She does the collection and sends to the lab and the lab bills her so therefore the fee. Do I put both codes on the claim and have a charge for both or is it only a charge for the 87653. Thank you
