I'm curious if anyone else is getting UTI denials for code 87798, billed with 13 units, specifically from Novitas MAC in Texas? The denials cite remark code N35 (Program integrity/utilization review). Any insights are greatly appreciated! #MedicalBilling #UTIDenial.
