Can a provider bill two cpt codes 88305 and 88305-TC for same DOS during the same encounter.
 
I have not heard of doing that. I bill for the 26 for 88305 and the hospital lab bills for the
TC. If the physician is preparing the sample to read and reading it also, then he would
bill 88305 with no modifier.
