Does anyone use 88321 & 88323 when your pathologist requests a consult outside your network (your slides sent for a second opinion)? I am on the fence and have read differring opinions. If so, what verbage do you use in your report to indicate medical necessity (i.e. genuine uncertainty as to the most accurate dx). Thanks for your help
