I just wanted to confirm if I'm billing correctly. So when my Dermatopathogist does a review of the patient's chart for a consult case, we code an 88325. The phrase on the path report for this has always been "These findings were correlated with the clinical findings presented in the patient's electronic medical record."

Question two, in order to bill 88325 no preparation of slides is need correct?
