Is this Prof and Technical billed? I bill Tech only thru hospital, so I will need to know when we set up the CDM if it's both.
Where would I look?

I'm not sure if you were able to access that link or not - I couldn't. Was on a CodeMap audio-conference for lab updates last week - CPT 88363 is professional only.
