I am looking for information anyone may have on denials for RSV vaccine CPT 90381 for the babies that get the 2ML dosing. I have received denials for frequency - last season 2023-2024 they paid without any problem from United Healthcare and Blue Cross paid the double dose. This year they are denying the number of units. Any help or information to submit with appeals is appreciated.
