Are insurances still paying for 90460 and 90461? We received a notice from UHC community plan saying they were no longer paying for it? I this true for all insurances and if so what codes should we bill. Thank you..
 
Is this state funded type plan?

Commercial insurances still covering these in the Seattle area. UHC Community Plan-is this a commercial product?

There are not other codes available.

I believe UHC Community Plan is a T19 Plan and you should check with that payer. Their rules change frequently.
