Wiki 90801 and 90806 same day

you should not bill procedures 90801 and 90806 on same day, because 90801 is diagnostic service and 90806 is therapeutic service. Any diagnostic service/procedure done on same day with a therapeutic service/procedure the diagnostic service/procedure(90801) is inclusive and can not be coded with the therapeutic procedure/serives (90806).
 
if they are for the same provider, then the answer would be no, it would not be allowed. However, if it is with a different level of provider (ie, client sees 90806 with a LISCW, then sees a M.D. for 90801) that is perfectly acceptable.
