When we see a new patient, we struggle to complete their intake session in under 2 hours -- as you know, there is no time limit on the 90801, so when we bill that code, our reimbursment takes a hit when you look at how long our clinician is spending on the service.

Would we be able to bill a 90807 instead of the 90801?
