Now that 99354 and 99355 codes have been deleted, how do we bill for prolonged services when using 90837?

You can't-there is no longer a prolonged services code for 90837

According to the 2023 CPT4, you use 99354. According to the 2023 CPT4, that's a deleted code. But they are very clear that you are to use it. So I give up.
