Hello All,
I have a Provider that would like to use code 90862 for management of ADHD medications. My research shows that this is:confused: acceptable-although I am unclear if You can also add an E/M with the 90862?? I did check CCI and it is not bundled....So any thoughts?

Is your provider a Psych dr or Pediatrician? 90862 inludes psychotherapy. I work at a Pedi office and we use the E/M code for these these types of visits with ADD/ADHD dx as well as long term med use dx. Hope that helps. :)
