Wiki 90862 need to find alternate for billing on same DOS with 90806 and 90847

Can some one help me. When a patient comes in for Therapy with the Therapist and sees the DR. on the same day for med manag, Medicaid will not pay when we bill 90862 and 90806 or 90847 on the same day.
