If Dr sees a pt for follow up and does not do a full dilated fundus exam, but does an OCT and Avastin injection in both eyes....would this meet a 92014? Dr says it wouldn't because the fundus exam wasn't complete she did not examine the vessels and retina. Appreciate the help anyone can give me on this. Thanks
