Does anyone know of a different code to bill a Mainecare patient for fitting of a BANDAGE contact lens. Pt presents with a corneal foreign body and has a corneal abrasion. The doctor puts a bandage contact lens on the eye to protect it from the lid rubbing on it. Mainecare only pays if the patient is under 21 yrs old.
