Is anyone having problems with insurance companies reimbursing for 92587 during a WCC? What dx code are you using for this?

Our billing company is stating that these tests are only being paid if there is an illness/injury code.

We have been billing 92587 w/our wcc since dec 2009 and are getting paid by almost all carriers. We use v20.2/v70.0 depending on the childs age. I'm from massachusetts. I'm not sure how other states are handling this billing. I'd appeal or check with other practices in your area. :d
